Event Services
Room Rental:
$40.00 per hour no kitchen access
two hour minimum

You may provide your own food
and drinks. All caterers must have prior approval.
The renter can waive the
setup/cleanup fees by doing it themselves. Setup includes setting up
tables and chairs. Cleanup includes clean all table tops,
empty all trash including bathrooms, vacuum, if renting kitchen,
wash dishes and put away, clean kitchen, and sweep and mop.
Rosberg House can provide the following services:
Cloth Napkins- .75 each Table Linens-$2.00 each
Place setting, flatware and glassware-$2.00 per guest
Buffet table
skirting - $5.00 each
For a touch of elegance:
Chair Covers-$3.00 each
The Rosberg House Conference and Event Center has a drop down screen for power-point presentations, and a speaker system for your choice of music to be played during your event.
Event Policies:
You are welcome to bring alcohol (wine blush or
white no red, champagne or beer) on site to be served. You can hire
us to serve your alcohol beverages at $20.00 per hour.
Or you may designate one person to serve your
alcohol beverage.
Caterers by prior approval only. Please check with us before booking your caterer.
You can hire us to serve your guest. $15.00 per wait staff (one wait staff per 15
guests minimum two hours)
Capacity of 70 inside. Larger groups can be
tented. Tent Rental starting at $1500.00.
All services will be charged a 7.3% sales tax.
To reserve your date, a deposit of $100.00 is
required within a week of booking. Fifty percent is due two weeks
before event date. Final payment is due at the conclusion of your
event. Payments are nonrefundable if cancelled two weeks or less of
event date.
