Our wonderful home is located just minutes off Interstates 135 and 70 in the unique community of Lindsborg, Kansas.  Lindsborg, sometimes referred to as “Little Sweden” lies halfway between the communities of Salina and McPherson in central Kansas. The Rosberg House Bed and Breakfast  is a beautiful three story Queen Anne home which has been totally renovated and refurbished to offer both yesterday’s charm with today’s comforts.
The home was built in 1885 for Swedish immigrant Carl Victor Rosberg and family and remained their home until the early 1920’s.  Located in downtown Lindsborg along historic brick streets where you will find quaint shops, restaurants, art galleries and other attractions. Owner Sabrina Spellman and family  spent  four and one-half years patiently renovating and adding a personal touch to every detail of the Rosberg House Bed and Breakfast.
The Bed & Breakfast offers four guest rooms including one suite, each one attractively decorated with it’s own  theme. All rooms and suite offer private baths, cable television, DVD’s and private phone. All rooms have  wireless  access.  A FAX machine is available through the office. A delicious breakfast is included with each overnight stay.
The Rosberg House  Bed and Breakfast is available for weddings, receptions,  small business meetings, family gatherings and other special occasions.  Reservations are accepted by regular mail, electronic mail, telephone, and in person. Gift certificates are available upon request.

Guest Rooms


The Turret Suite

 Regularly $169 per night.  Located on the second floor with its wonderful view of downtown, this suite has a queen size four poster bed, and a fireplace situated in the bedroom. A private sitting room is included.  This suite also includes a two person whirlpool tub and corner shower.  Also known as the bridal suite.  Perfect for any occasion.          
 

 



 

Guest Rooms


The Lincoln Bedroom

Regularly $134 per night.  Located on the second floor, this room has a Civil War theme.  A queen size sleigh bed, wash stand and two person  whirlpool await you.  The bath includes a large shower.  Enjoy the evening reading a book from the Civil War collection or perhaps view a video.

The Heritage Room
Regularly $99 per night.  This room, located on the top floor, allows you to look out on downtown Lindsborg.  The room is decorated with a Swedish theme and includes a queen size pine bed, a love seat hide-a-bed, and a full private bath.


Guest Rooms


O'Gilley's Room

Regularly $79 per night.  Also on the top floor with slanted ceilings and an Irish theme.  The room is named after Sabrina’s father who put many years into the renovation.  The room includes a queen size bed and private bath with a small shower. 

Our Breakfasts
All overnight stays include a delicious breakfast served each morning.  We will do our best to accommodate special dietary needs if informed prior to your stay.  Guests staying in our suites may choose to dine in the privacy of their rooms. All guest are served privately.

Directions
Lindsborg, Kansas is located just minutes off the busy crossroads of Interstates 70 and 135 in central Kansas.  The community of Lindsborg lies approximately half-way between the larger communities of Salina and McPherson, just to the west of Interstate 135.
From the junction of Interstates 70 and 135

At Salina, take Interstate 135 approximately 17 miles south to Interchange 78 (Bridgeport).  Take State Highway 81 business loop 4 miles southwest to the city of Lindsborg.  Follow Harrison Street south to Lincoln Street.  Follow Lincoln Street west to Main Street.  At the stop light, turn right and go north one block to State Street.  Turn right and the Rosberg House Bed and Breakfast will be on your left hand side as you turn the corner.
From Wichita

Take Interstate 135 north approximately 60 miles to Interchange 72. Take State Highway 81 business loop 4 miles west to old Highway 81.  Turn right (north) at the stop sign onto 81 and follow north across the Smoky Hill River Bridge into town.  Continue straight ahead on Cole Street to Lincoln Street.  Turn left onto Lincoln Street and proceed west to Main Street.  At the stop light, turn right and go north one block to State Street.  Turn right and the Rosberg House will be on your left hand side as you turn the corner.
From points west

Follow State Highway 4 east to Lindsborg.  Highway 4 turns to the left as you enter town and becomes Main Street.  Follow Main Street north to Lincoln Street.  At the stop light, continue straight ahead one block to State Street.  Turn right and the Rosberg House Bed and Breakfast  will be on your left hand side as you turn the corner.
